Announcement Description

The “UniPreneur, Season 4” Program is designed to establish a series of entrepreneurship education at the universities across Cambodia to uplift Cambodia’s Startup Ecosystem from ideation stage to investment readiness stage and connect aspiring entrepreneurs to the regional network and experts. It consists of four components, including 1). The UnipreneurCamp (3-5-day hackathons), 2). UnipreneurSprint (a sprint incubation training program connecting startup teams from the UnipreneurCamp) and the UniPreneur National Challenge, and 3). UniPreneur Educator. Therefore, KE invites bidders to share interests in the four components of the program.

Bidding Components

  • Step 1: Interested agencies/implementers/partners are to share their interest in the project by filling in the Google form (attached link below) no longer than 30 Days from the date of the announcement.
  • Step 2: KE is to invite agencies/implementers/partners for a detailed project briefing after the closing date.
  • Step 3: Agencies/implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within 15 days after the project briefing.
  • Step 4: KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation.
  • Step 5: Agencies/implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation from the committee team.

Submission Requirements

Required Documents

Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential agencies/implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the UniPreneur Program, Season 4. The required documents are:

  • Program Proposal that covers the three components including a brief activity plan, curriculum, implementation methodology, implementing team profiles, list of potential experts, a weekly timeline for 12 months, and other networks.
  • Budget proposal that breakdown into activity lines (no lump sum)
  • Portfolio of previous or similar projects
  • The expected result of the planned program
