Conditions of Sale

Public Sale (Sealed-Bid Sale): The vehicles will be sold to the Bidder with the highest bid price. The award notice shall be written within 3 business days after the bid closing date. The minimum starting bid for any vehicle is 4,000 USD.

Bid submission date and time: All bids must be submitted before 1st July 2025.

The vehicles will be sold in their present condition without any warranty whatsoever.

Deposit: A successful Bidder must pay 10% of the bid price by direct deposit to the DSF Cambodia bank account within 2 working days after notice of award. The remaining 90% must be paid within 7 working days.

Taxes & Vehicle Plate: The vehicles are tax exempted; therefore, the Winner must pay all appropriate import taxes to the Government of Cambodia before the vehicle can be released from the DSF Cambodia office. International NGO or other authorized organization can apply for tax exemption, but will need to present proof and associated documentations before the vehicle release.
