Salary: (USD) 28,409 per annum (starting

Duties: The incumbent will provide overall investigative and case management support; liaison and advisor functions; and program manager responsibilities for FBI Legal Attaché programs within the Phnom Penh Legal Attaché Office area of responsibility which includes Cambodia and Vietnam. The incumbent functions as the regional FBI Legal Attaché FSN-I, acting as an investigator, interpreter/translator, liaison, program manager and administrative assistant for the Phnom Penh Legal Attaché Office, with specific responsibility to conduct investigations, coordinate investigative assistance, perform verbal interpretation and written translation to/from English and Khmer, plan and coordinate training and information sharing programs, and otherwise support the operational execution of the FBI law enforcement mission.

The incumbent is responsible for providing assistance with procurement actions, tracking expenditures, payments and funding reports, and monitoring and tracking the Legal Attaché’s International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) budget for the Legal Attaché Office and training and budgetary responsibilities of Legat Phnom Penh Interagency Agreements (IAA). Further the incumbent is responsible for providing direct assistance with managing, implementing, and coordinating Legal Attaché Phnom Penh’s regional footprint.
