Innovative Services, Engineering and Advisory (iSEA), we are partners to solve problems in water and sanitation businesses. We deliver complete solutions. Incubated as a Gret project in 2012 to prove the concept and after several years of existence, officially registered in 2022. We are a passionate professional team with expertise in the piped water supply business with over 15 years of experience in Cambodia. Position Summary

The successful candidate will work full-time for ISEA.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Realize technical drawing, using AUTOCAD, Sketchup
  • Prepare water master plan, using ArcGIS and Hydraulic modelling software.
  • Assist in designing water supply and sanitation facilities.
  • Drafting Tender and contract documents.
  • Drafting feasibility study report.
  • Monitor and facilitate the construction works supervision.
  • Presenting project details and technical information to colleagues/clients
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • in applying technical engineering principles and practices to feasibility study of piped water supply, excellent analytical skills, teamwork, problem solving, time management, communication skills, able to demonstrate a genuine knowledge and interest of the water industry and environmental issues.
  • At least engineer student year 5th in rural infrastructure and hydraulics (ITC), or similar engineering field.
  • Good level of English, both written and spoken
  • Fluent using computer (Ms. Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email)
  • Respect the Labor Law
 

How to Apply

The position is open to Khmer nationals. Hired Staff will be based in Phnom Penh, with regular trips to the project sites. Salary is commensurate to skills and experiences. ISEA also provides a competitive benefit package.
