International Business Development Manager
Salary:
- Basic salary 3500~4500$/month (basic salary + meal allowance + accommodation allowance)
- High performance commission (distributed monthly)
- High year-end bonus

Flexible interview:

- According to the company's overall goals, be responsible for the expansion of overseas marketing and achieve marketing goals;
- Responsible for overseas marketing booth promotion, channel construction, channel management and maintenance;
- Responsible for overseas marketing research and formulate plans and programs for overseas expansion;
- Responsible for the management and construction of sales teams in overseas marketing;
- Experience in overseas real estate sales, major customers and channel resource development;
- Possess the thinking and ability to independently deploy and develop overseas marketing;
- Strong business negotiation skills, good at handling partnerships;
- Possess a strong performance motivation, sense of responsibility and leadership;
- Proficiency in Chinese and English;
Senior Sale Consultant
Salary:

Work Place:
BKK1 District,Phnom Penh,Cambodia.
- According to the company's overall goals, formulate sales plans and motivate sales people to complete sales tasks;
- Regularly organize sales training, improve the sales ability of sales staff, and deeply tap their potential;
- Regularly report the sales situation and prepare sales reports;
- Host weekly meetings and daily regular meetings, conduct sales analysis, Customer situation sorting (collation and analysis), and answer difficult questions;
- Confirm the performance of each sales person on a daily basis, and conduct regular assessments on sales persons;
- Create a team atmosphere with combat effectiveness and learning ability;
- Daily management of the sales site;
- Have more than 2 years of experience in real estate sales management;
- Possess certain sales management and sales training capabilities;
- Have good communication and coordination skills, be able to clearly and accurately understand the instructions of superiors, and implement them well.
