Internal Physician
Reporting to : Head of OPD and Urgent Care Services
- Responding to patients’ medical problems by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and referral, where necessary.
- Ordering lab tests and interpreting the test results.
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
- Collecting, recording, and maintaining sensitive patient information such as examination results, medical history, and reports.
- Performing minor surgeries.
- Explaining procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
- Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
- Promoting health education in conjunction with other health professionals.
- Meeting targets set by the government for specified treatments, e.g. child immunization/up to date.
- Discussing and evaluating new pharmaceutical products with pharmaceutical representatives.
- Keeping up-to-date with medical developments, treatment, and medication.
- Degree in medicine (essential).
- 5 years of residency training (essential).
- Current state medical license (essential).
- 2-3 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor.
- Fantastic counseling and listening skills.

Nurse (IPD/ OPD)
Reporting to : Assistant Nursing Manager
- Perform minor medical operations with doctors
- Clean wounds and reset bones for patients who enter the Emergency Room
- Draw blood to send for testing
- Maintain Emergency Room care standards
- Assist with insurance paperwork as needed
- Ensure the efficiency of the patient check-in process
- Display strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios
- Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
- Immediately stabilize incoming patients
- Administer medication as instructed by physicians
- Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
- Perform tracheotomies and intubations
- Give patients stitches and sutures
- Create and maintain incoming patient records
- Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
- Provides general nursing care to patients Observing and recording patients’ behavior.
- Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
- Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
- Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
- Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.

- Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients
- Associate/ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- Strong medical knowledge
- Current Nursing license issued by Cambodian Council of Nurses
- Have at least two-year experience
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office, Email and Internet.

Renal Nurse (Dialysis)
Reporting to : Assistant Nursing Manager
- Knowing how to operate the dialysis machine, readying dialysis equipment, priming dialyzer and bloodlines, and cannulating accesses.
- Checking the patient’s vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.
- To ensure that the doctor is provided with all the necessary equipment at the time of the dialysis process
- Overseeing the entire dialysis therapy and monitoring the patient’s response to it, as well as notifying physicians in case of adverse dialysis reactions.
- Conduct health teaching about managing the disease. These include the type of food the patient eats, the level of activity needed, and medications.
- Collaborate with the transplant center and help patients follow-up their cases.
- Educate family and patients about signs and symptoms to watch out for that may indicate abnormalities such as chilling.
- That even if they can’t return to their pre-disease state, there are alternatives to help them increase the quality of their lives.
- Assist the entire dialysis process and answer inquiries and concerns of the patients
- Monitor the patients progress post treatment before going home
- Document these reports and hand them to the concerned doctors
- Assist the patients in taking the prescribed medications and make sure that the patients are following all the instructions given by the doctors
