Oxley-Worldbridge Specialized Bank was formed and registered with the MOC on 21 November 2013, licensed by the NBC on October 22, 2014, and opened for business on November 18, 2014. The company has been rigorous in selecting its staff and has developed the team. We have installed the basic banking systems, including core-banking software, and have established other necessary systems and procedures. These procedures, in turn, point to where additional training is necessary and required. We are now growing our loan portfolio and looking to expand our loan products.

Internal Audit Officer (1 Position) Apply Now

Duties
  • Collecting all necessary data for pre audit analysis;
  • Analyze, review procedures for each audit assignment;
  • Field auditing as per the respective internal audit procedures, such as account opening file, credit file, remittance, etc.;
  • Ensure completeness the auditing as per the internal audit procedure;
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit finding;
  • Follow up on the progress of implementation and recommendation;
  • Detect unusual transaction of transaction in system in daily basis;
  • Detect non-compliance with law, established internal policies, procedures, and regulations;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Head of Internal Audit Department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Banking Field;
  • Good analytical knowledge in accounting and credit field is an asset;
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Auditing field in Bank/MFIs;
  • Good communication skill with very tough situation;
  • Flexible and work with less supervision condition;
  • Good command in English language;
  • Computer literacy like Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Duties
  • Propose, plan and execute marketing strategies;
  • Promote Bank Products;
  • Liaise with potential clients;
  • Process loan and put up credit memo;
  • Monitor all irregularities, past dues, documentation deficiencies, etc., and report to Management;
  • Find potential clients, individuals or businesses, in need of loans;
  • Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans;
  • Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services;
  • Submit applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation;
  • Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers' needs;
  • Analyze potential loan markets and develop referral networks in order to locate prospects for loans;
  • Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them;
  • All other matters that Management may require from time to time.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or Account/Finance & Banking and other related fields;
  • Fresh graduated or undergraduate also encourage to apply (experiences in MFI, banking, credit operations, and credit administration is preferable)
  • Self-motivated, flexible and proactive;
  • Willingness to learn new things, able to work under pressure, and work both independently and as a team;
  • Good at problem solving and negotiation skill with all levels;
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skill;
  • Good English both writing and speaking;
  • Good at computer skills (Ms. Office, internet/email);
