Reporting Line: TotalEnergies Card Manager
- Card sales administration support: Gain hands-on experience in backend processes that are critical to card sales and customer service.
- Card Back Office Support: Assist with daily administrative tasks related to card operations, card system operations and system development.
- From time to time, switching between front and back-office support base on urgency of need.
- Educational background: A fourth year student or fresh graduate of IT or Business administration
- Skill: Good command of English writing and speaking. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge: MS Office, Internet, and Email proficiency
- Willing to learn, honest and be able to work under pressure
- Language: Good proficiency of English for both writing and speaking.
- Period of intern: 6 months up to 1 year with monthly paid allowance
