Duties & Responsibilities:

- Interior design assignments that include conceptual and schematic design through project completion and report directly to the design head department.
- Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation.
- Preparation of design presentation drawings and 3d drawings.
- Preparation of design development and detailed design drawings.
- To help senior designers in implementation of the company design standards.
- Perform other tasks assigned by manager.
- Qualification:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 year
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related studies
- Male / Female
- Female is priority.
- Proficient in English both written and oral to liaise with client and associates.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast phase environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop, Abobe Illustrator, AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketch Up and V-ray is a must.
- Willing to work and high commitment with jobs.
- Friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and be able to work under the pressure

Accountant/Finance job Responsibilities:
Supports accountant and financial decision-making information by collecting, analyzing, investigating, and reporting financial data.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepares weekly and monthly statements by collecting data; analyzing and investigating variances; summarizing data, information, and trends.
- Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.
- Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.
- Provides financial advice by studying operational issues; applying financial principles and practices; developing recommendations.
- Prepares special reports by studying variances; preparing budgets; developing forecasts.
- Updates job knowledge by keeping current with financial regulations and accepted practices; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
