Interior Design Services, Including Supply and Installation of Fixtures

Objective:
To seek a qualified agency/firm to design and decorate the office of secretariat of Master Plan including supply and installation of fixtures.
Scope of Work
- Review the existing office layout including approved 3D and tender documents
- Provide bill of quantities/BOQ and interior solutions for the new office design of about 600 sqm. The office area includes director office, meeting rooms, front desk and reception area, pantry, work stations, storage.
- Demolish existing wall for office expansion
- CCTV set up
- Supply office fixtures, furniture and equipment that match the approved design
- Manage and quality control of the installation process, including scheduling, logistics and coordination installation related.
Deliverables
- Fixture specification and detail BOQ
- Installation Schedule and project timeline
- Completion of construction and quality evaluation
- Final project report including feedback from management team
Timeline:
- The project is expected to be completed within 3 months after contract commencement. Key milestones should be established during the kick-off meeting.
Bidder Eligibility
- Requirements:
- At least 3 years’ experience carrying out similar work. Please provide three profiles of past project experience for similar work with contact information for references. Include a photo, a brief description of the project, and a statement of the scope of work your firm completed.
- Having a team leader with at least 5 years of experience and expertise in fit-out engineering, fixture installation, electricity and AC system ensure quality interior design services.
- Proven the firm registration.
