- Scope of Work
- As the academic and administrative leader, they must ensure the establishment and successful operation of the Institute by directing the planning, coordination, implementation, administration of the curriculum, educational management and student wellbeing functions. As the leading member of the Management Team, the Director conceptualizes and implements strategic plans and provides leadership in establishing and maintaining an educational community of students and staff, with a core responsibility for developing the learning model of independent, life-long learning. The role of the Director is to build the Institute as a leader in education, and to prepare the students for the next generation of growth and innovation.
- This position acts as a representative and ambassador to promote positive internal and external relationships and strong partnerships;
- Cooperates with the relevant senior staff from the Directorate to plan, coordinate and initiate business plans and recommends changes;
- Ensures that policies, strategies and goals are clearly understood by all stakeholders, and facilitates the development, maintenance, and monitoring of curriculum and operational plans so that business and strategic objectives at all levels are achieved at an optimum pace;
- Provides academic and educational leadership through the example of their own team accomplishments and through systematic communication to all stakeholders;
- Sets goals, develops staff, monitors work, and evaluates results to ensure that project and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the Organization;
- Facilitates close and effective relationships throughout the organization and participates in and nurtures broad networks of alliances with others to exchange knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives;
- Ensures that resource effective policies, procedures and infrastructure are in place to support operations in vocational training and education environment;
- Identifies and leads new business development opportunities and ensures highly productive relationships and partnerships are developed and maintained;
- Monitors and reports on the resourceful management of the Institute, in the areas of' finance, human resources, academic, student welfare and community discipline;
- Perform other tasks as request by the superiors
- Master Degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science or Math or related field required;
- 5 years experience working in a vocational training, college, university at Senior Management Level ; and
- Sound understanding of the vocational Education and Training sector
Human Resource Manager
Compensation

- Scope of Work
- Manage all recruitment processes such as:
- Building networks,
- Diversifying resourcing channels,
- Promoting CITA as an employer of choice,
- Compiling all CVs/applications, preparing shortlists,
- Developing interview questionnaires,
- Scheduling interview panels,
- Consolidating interview result,
- Conducting reference checks,
- And preparing job offer and employment contract.
- Maintain the up-to-date application database to be used as a reference for quickly sourcing candidates who may be relevant for any vacant position;
- Ensure each department and HR Director receive bi-weekly recruitment status up to date.
- Maintain the relationship with candidates. Ensure candidate communication is in accordance with CITA recruitment policy and procedures;
- Support the resourcing efforts by providing advice on local labour market;
- Make contact with potential sources of skills and build resourcing partnerships with different institute:
- Training schools,
- Universities,
- Provide/hire requested staff to ensure qualified staff and timely on board;
- Responsible for administration of HR information system on the part of recruitment module:
- Developing job descriptions;
- Processing onboarding, sending regret letters…etc.);
- Ensure all new staff have completed the on-boarding paperwork (job offer, employment contract, application supporting documents);
- Prepare quarterly and annual staff turnover analysis report and provide suggestion to HR Director for further action; and/or
- Settle the employment dispute.
- Bachelor/Master degree in Human Resource Management or relevant field
- At least 5 years experiences in resourcing or HR-related field.
- Experience of using digital media in sourcing the candidates is preferable.
- Strong communication, interviewing and influencing skills
- A very good negotiation and judgement skills
- Ability to build strong working relationships, gaining trust and mutual respect
- Be team player and willingness to work under tight schedules
- Very good level of English
- Microsoft Office program, Ms. Word, Excel, and Email...Etc
Finance Manager
Compensation

- Financial Planning and Strategy:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the institute's goals and objectives,
- Prepare long-term financial forecasts and plans, and
- Advise the Executive Director and the Board on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, and policy matters.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee the preparation of the annual budget and monitor its implementation,
- Ensure that all departments adhere to budgetary guidelines, and
- Conduct regular budget reviews and variance analysis to inform decision-making.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and analyses for the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and other stakeholders,
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual audit and ensure compliance with audit recommendations.
- Accounting and Financial Operations:
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger,
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the institute's assets, and
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the institute’s financial stability,
- Optimize investment of surplus funds while maintaining liquidity, and
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations,
- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures, and
- Oversee insurance coverage and risk mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities,
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance department, and
- Conduct performance evaluations and manage staff development plans.
- Strategic Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead financial aspects of strategic projects, including capital projects, funding initiatives, and financial systems upgrades, and
- Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional initiatives to enhance the institute’s financial efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in an educational organization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
