This position is International American Section.
Level: Secondary Level
Salary: Commensurate with experience and diplomas.
- University diploma from an American / Canadian university (Compulsory) B.A. minimum level required; Masters Degree highly desired
- Be an American / Canadian citizen with English as a first language (required)
- Teacher certification preferred, obtained in North America
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ teaching experience in a North American system of education at the secondary level (middle school and high school) preferred
- Ability to teach in more than one subject area desired (i.e. English Language Arts and Literature, History-Geography, Model United Nations, etc.)
- Desire to work within an international educational community and an awareness of the needs of an international, multilingual and multicultural student body
- Sound knowledge of French preferred, together with an interest in French culture
- Be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Be passionate about learning and teaching
