JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for contributing a high level of human resource generalist knowledge and expertise for a designated property and carries out human resource leadership, strategies, and functions including but not limited to workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management and appraisal, employee compensation and benefits, employee relations, HR compliances, and corporate social responsibilities. S/he ensures the accomplishment of objectives in alignment with business objectives and strategies and highly delivers the HR services that enable employee satisfaction and business success.

- Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, hotel management, or a related field.
- Possess at least 7 years of related HR experience, including 2 years as an HR Manager or in a similar role.

Finance Manager
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall financial performance of the Hotel & Resort. The Finance Manager is a team player who will work with all departments to ensure that the Hotel & Resort's best interests are taken into account at all times. This will require a balanced approach to ensure all stakeholder's interests are taken into account.
The Finance Manager shall maximize the profitability of the hotel by managing the hotel’s finances through the planning and controlling of revenue, cash flow, and expenses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to strategic planning, budget planning, and forecasting.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance
- At least 7 years of related experience including 3 years in manager roles
- Knowledge and skills in strategic planning, budgeting planning, and forecasting
- Planning and controlling the hotel’s revenue, cash flow, and expenses
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills, and organizational skills
