Human Resource Officer (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for Female only

Summary: the HR Officer will be responsible for resourcing, including recruitment, selection, onboarding and induction, staff welfare, the arrangement of staff events such as service award, annual staff recognition and staff development, and support, documentation and update of staff details. 

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Be creative and responsive on resourcing, recruiting & selection the talents 
  • Be well-organized and prepared on Personnel Documentation
  • Be well-organized and prepared on the organizational events 
  • Be well-coordinated for the staff welfare, security, and safety 
  • Be well prepared and produce the payroll month basis 
  • Be well-acknowledged on the Cambodia laws and regulations, procedures, especially Cambodia Labor Law etc.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree of business administration or Management. Major of Human Resource Management is preferred
  • At least 2+ years’ relevant experience in HR, administration with local/international NGOs
  • Experience with talent acquisition process and procedures
  • Effective communication and facilitation
  • Experiences in Policies development
  • Well-Understanding on procurement process
  • Be Proficiency in Microsoft Offices
  • Well- Understand Cambodia Labor Law and Procedures 
  • Communicates with influence (written/spoken Khmer & English)
  • Strong commitment to child protection and the mission of the organization. 
 
 

Associate Researcher for Community (4 Positions)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct the action at the assigned field/area
  • Build strong rapport with local community and target people
  • Produce comprehensive verbal and written the report after field work
  • Critical and proactive planning of action
  • Comply the organizational policies and procedures
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Male only, age 24-35 years old 
  • Education degree or equivalent experience and knowledge in grounded research, community mapping and data collection, and observation
  • Basic knowledge on laws and regulations such Law on Suppression of Human Trafficking and exploitation and other related
  • Basic knowledge- English & Computer- Ms. Offices
  • Sound social interaction skills, knowledge, and creativities
  • Be flexible in working time and willing to learn more

Litigator

Position Summary

The position is for Female Only

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated legal professional to fill the role of Legal litigation Manager.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned legal expert with a focus on Cambodian law, particularly in the realms of human rights and child protection. The Legal manager will play a crucial role in leading legal initiatives, advocating for policy reform, and representing the organization in various forums. If you are passionate about child protection, possess strong leadership qualities, and have a robust background in Cambodian law, we invite you to apply.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent degree from a recognized law college in Cambodia.
  • Registration with the Bar Council.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of legal experience, with a significant focus on child protection laws, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in handling cases related to human trafficking, child abuse, and sexual exploitation within the Cambodian legal system.
  • Familiarity with both the Cambodian Penal Code and the acts & laws and rights for the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences.
  • Specialized Knowledge:
  • In-depth understanding of the legal framework in Cambodia related to child rights, trafficking, and sexual exploitation.
  • Knowledge of international conventions and protocols related to child trafficking and human rights, to which Cambodia is a signatory.
  • Experience in legal advocacy, policy development, and reform initiatives in the context of child protection in Cambodia.
  • Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills tailored to the Cambodian legal environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with government bodies, law enforcement, and the judiciary.
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Strong commitment to child protection and the mission of the NGO.
  • Resilience and capability to handle emotionally challenging cases.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding of the diverse social fabric of Cambodia.
  • Leadership Qualities:
  • Proven experience in leading legal teams and initiatives.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence policy and legal reform.
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including NGOs, community groups, and government agencies.
  • Networking and Advocacy:
  • Established connections within the legal, governmental, and non-profit sectors in Cambodia, relevant to child protection and anti-trafficking.
  • Skill in advocacy and public speaking, able to represent the NGO in various forums and media.
