HR Supervisor (1 Position)
We are seeking an HR Supervisor (HR Sup) who is responsible for the HR work including assist recruitment, visa extension, update FPCS and FCWMS, Pay work book and work permit, pay insurance and manage attendance and other administrative work in smoothly and timely manner.

- Assist in staff recruitment processes.
- Assist to draft employee contract
- Conduct new staff orientation.
- Assist to prepare monthly staff movement.
- Coordinating on Visa extension.
- Assist in projects legal registration with government and draft administrative letter.
- Process for staff work book and work permit.
- Record Expat staffs’ and volunteer’s information when they arrive in Cambodia and update when they leave via FPCS.
- Assist to update foreign employment contract, update staff list, Employee Declaration and Declaration of In and Out Personnel Movement, request quota via FCWMS
- Preparing staff filing
- Pay NSSF and other approved private insurance for staff and request to pay insurance for new staff and request delete leaving staff as well as purchasing vehicle insurances.
- Facilitate with HoD for staff attendance
- Participate in staff problem solving.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Bachelor’s degree in HR field or corresponding HR work experience
- At least two years of HR work experience
- Fluent in English and Khmer communication
- Computer skills using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint or HR software system).

Site Engineer and Architect Supervisor (1 Position)
We are seeking a Site engineer and Architect Supervisor to join our growing organization. In this position, you will serve as a construction project planner and to supervise the contractors for both quantity and quality wise. The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills and can work proficiently both individually and as teams.

FUNCTION : Architecture /Engineering/ Construction

- Reviewing requests from all departments for construction or remodeling; consults with requesting departments to determine the design requirements, modifies plans, and discusses changes with departments.
- Oversees master plans and site developments for future utilization of the organizational property.
- Performing architectural designs of projects; prepares outline specifications for programmed projects; specifies materials, methods, and equipment for projects.
- Making cost estimations, consults with other architects on major projects.
- Coordination with other staff to prepare and designing tasks and construction contracts
- Designing, specifies, and estimates the reports, invoices, and actual construction activities of the organization under contracts to ensure the compliance with stipulated project scope.
- Identify construction specifications for bid announcement and involved in bidding selection processes for best sub-contractor.
- Preparing construction contract to Executive director and sub-contractor for approval
- Preparing a variety of administrative documents including professional service agreements and evaluation criteria for proposals.
- Ensuring a consistently high standard of work produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
- Direction and supervision day to day operations of sub-contractors ensuring the compliance of common operational procedures as well as technical specifications stated in contract.
- Ensuring all material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the construction operation.
- Schedules, controls and monitors all plans and materials on a weekly basis.
- To fulfils the role of co-coordinator during the absence of his or her when required.
- Carries out safety inspections and fulfilling the health, safety and welfare responsibilities as detailed in the organization’s policy.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records of own activities related to projects on Gateway to enable traceability.
- To fulfils the role as a mentor when required.
- Controlling and monitoring site waste in accordance with the organization’s Site Waste Minimization and Management policy.

- Bachelor’s degree in architect or engineering and equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in a construction environment or project-based work site.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Previous working experience as an architect preferred
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- Be familiar of drawings, interface between different objects and systems.
- Experience of Budget management required.
- Strong project management skills to ensure that large-scale projects are completed on time and that teams achieve construction milestones and deliverables.
- Effective team leadership and coordination are vital in this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, such as scheduling conflicts or materials issues.
- Be familiar with developing a site safety plan.
- Knowledge of critical scenarios in terms of site management and safety
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills which be able to work manage schedules effectively
- Willingness to work with a flexible schedule (nights and weekends, as needed)
Hotel Landscape and Gardener Supervisor (1 Position)
We are seeking Hotel Landscape/Gardener Supervisor who is responsible to provide a safe, secure and comfortable environment by maintaining the landscapes of as a whole Farmhouse Resort through ongoing maintenance as well as day-to-day maintenance activities, and ensuring that all landscaping systems are operating efficiently to the highest standard and to oversee landscapes, gardens, special projects, supervise/evaluate gardeners as set by job descriptions.

FUNCTION: Landscape and Gardening

- Required to work as the hotel supporting with landscape master plan.
- Maintenance and upkeep of the litter removal, sweeping leaves, seasonal planting in resort and nursery.
- Equipment management and make sure you have enough equipment for daily activities.
- Maintain property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance.
- Maintain the appearance of plants and other grounds features by cleaning, replacing or making repairs.
- Install new plants, grass, trees, and shrubs.
- Maintain tree, plants and grass by watering, removing weeds, trimming and performing other maintenances.
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves and remove trash.
- Operate utility vehicles to transport equipment, supplies, materials, and debris. Wash, clean, and refuel all equipment after use.
- Team Management:
- Leads the team by holding daily briefings to discuss various aspects of operations and preparation with all concerned.
- Supervise team, make sure gardeners follow landscape/gardening plan as defined.
- Directs and controls staff to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectations are met.
- Oversees the preparation of duty rosters, vacation plans and public holiday scheduling of his section.
- Trains and develops subordinates; follows up and enforces orientation of all new employees and ongoing training of all staff.
- Coach, motivate, observe staff and correct/inspire them where necessary to interest in staff development and resort expectation.
