HR Payroll
This is a full-time on-site role for a Compensation and Benefit Specialist for Zinus Cambodia located in Kandal Province. The specialist will be responsible for compensation planning, job evaluation, compensation management, and developing compensation structures.
- Record and Maintain employee information for payroll accurately
- Ensure confidentiality of payroll data and records
- Ensure staff’s benefits, commission, incentive and all other allowances are in order and updated
- Maintain and update about staff’s leave, PH, AL, Sick Leave & others
- Keep all payroll dimensions such employee info, pay change, cost & employment status movement and other payroll transaction change on tracks
- Check and verify ensure all information accurately
- Verify all document of staff, ensure correctly
- Verify the data between soft file and hard to make sure it’s accurate.
- Track on leave balance to make sure the over or remain balance are accurate.
- Verify all information or data of staff’s leave, PH, AL, Sick Leave, staff resign & others
- OT Management
- Controlling daily operation of OT management from the site
- Prepare summary report to ensure the right calculation
- Prepare OT Management report accuracy and follow the timeline for supporting payroll documents
- Attendance Management
- Set fingerprint for new staff and update their information in Attendance Management.
- Prepare attendance deduction by monitoring from finger print record
- Prepare deduction report to all division superior to confirm the attendance deduction
- Send data finger print alert to line manager to verify with division
- Leave Management
- Control employee leave management record from year to year to ensure the data update to date
- Ensure the employees leave has been record such as annual leave, special leave, unpaid leave, sick leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and other leave that may applied
- Other Operation
- Support document and information with co-work’s requesting which relate to compensation and benefit of the employee.
- Deposition salary of company’s employee to the bank
- Prepare the report to the management
- •Sharing, supporting and helping each other is the duty of employees to perform the tasks within and cross division in order to achieve the company targets.
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Payroll (experience from manufacturing is a plus)
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- English required (Chinese and Korean proficiency is a plus)
- Knowledgeable in Labor Law
- Job Evaluation and Analytical Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
