Position Summary

The Group HR Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all human resources strategies, policies, and operations across HC, ML, and CL. This includes talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR administration, ensuring alignment with each company's unique business needs and Cambodian labor laws.

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of each company within the group.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the leadership teams of HC, ML, and CL, providing guidance and insights on all HR-related matters.
  • Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
  • Talent Acquisition & Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for all roles (from factory workers to technical specialists, sales professionals, and senior management) across the group.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies, robust interviewing processes, and strong employer branding.
  • Implement effective onboarding and offboarding procedures tailored to diverse roles.
  • Develop and manage talent retention strategies.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain talent across different industries and job levels, ensuring compliance with NSSF, tax laws, and market benchmarks.
  • Administer payroll oversight and benefit programs.
  • Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement group-wide performance management systems, including goal setting, performance appraisals, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on effective performance management practices.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs across the group (e.g., factory safety, technical skills, sales training, leadership development).
  • Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs and workshops, utilizing internal and external resources.

  • Employee Relations & Culture:
  • Advise on and manage employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and grievance handling, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and communication strategies.
  • HR Compliance & Administration:
  • Ensure full compliance with Cambodian Labor Law, NSSF regulations, and other relevant legal requirements across all company operations (factory, office, construction sites).
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Oversee accurate and secure HR record-keeping and data management.
  • Evaluate and recommend HR technology solutions (HRIS) to improve efficiency.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role overseeing multiple entities or a large, diverse workforce.
  • Essential experience in one or more of the following industries: Manufacturing, Distribution, Construction, or similar blue-collar/project-based environments.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical application of Cambodian Labor Law, NSSF regulations, and prevailing HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong understanding of compensation & benefits design, performance management systems, and training & development methodologies.

Logistic Clearance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Logistics Clearance Manager to ensure the smooth, compliant, and efficient flow of our imported goods.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all customs clearance processes for the product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate declarations.
  • Prepare, review, and verify all necessary import/export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, Bill of Lading/Air Waybill, Certificates of Origin, permits).
  • Ensure full compliance with Cambodian customs laws, regulations, and relevant Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), staying updated on any changes.
  • Determine correct HS codes and tariff classifications to minimize duties and taxes while ensuring compliance.
  • Liaise and negotiate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to optimize service levels and costs.
  • Resolve any issues, discrepancies, or disputes with customs authorities promptly and professionally.

  • In-depth knowledge of Cambodian customs laws, regulations (GDCE), HS Classification, and Free Trade Agreements.
  • Proven experience in preparing and submitting customs declarations and managing related documentation.

  • Import Documentation:
  • Prepare and organize all necessary import documents for incoming shipments.

Senior Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

Position Summary

LS Group is a diverse and rapidly growing conglomerate in Cambodia, operating three distinct companies: HC, a leading plywood production and distribution company; ML, a major distributor of security camera systems; and CL, a reputable residential construction firm. We are looking for a highly skilled and diligent Senior Accountant to join our team and oversee the Accounts Receivable functions for all three entities.

This is a critical role that requires a professional with a meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage the financial flow across different industries.


Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Oversee and Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): Serve as the primary point of contact and manager for all AR operations across HC, ML, and CL, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collection, and reconciliation of customer accounts.
  • Customer Invoicing: Generate and issue accurate invoices to customers for all sales transactions, projects, and services rendered by each company.
  • Payment Collection & Reconciliation: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure timely payments. Reconcile incoming payments with outstanding invoices and maintain precise records of all transactions.
  • Credit Management: Monitor customer accounts to identify overdue payments and flag potential credit risks. Implement and enforce credit policies as required.

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly successful sales professional ready to take on leadership responsibilities, guide a small team of sales representatives, and contribute directly to our sales targets. You will play a crucial role in mentoring junior staff, driving daily sales activities, and ensuring client satisfaction within the vibrant Cambodian security camera market.


Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual sales targets for security camera systems (CCTV, IP surveillance, access control, etc.) by actively engaging with clients.
  • Provide daily coaching, guidance, and support to a small team of sales representatives, helping them to meet their individual targets.
  • Conduct regular field visits with sales team members to offer real-time feedback and assistance.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for specific products or market segments.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients (B2B and/or B2C).
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.

  • Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Solid understanding of security camera systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and related technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and coach team members effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite (Miccroft or Google).
  • Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Chinese is a distinct advantage (but not a must).
