HR & Contracting Officer
Position Overview
HR & Contracting officers will be handled with two parts. HR task is to provide support and services to all staff and ensure all HR processes are in line with government regulations as well as company policies & procedures. Contracting task is to develop relationships and negotiate with suppliers to ensure the company receives the best rates and services, and to constantly build good working relations with potential business partners.
- Responsibilities HR:
- Assist on compliance Document process such as staff declaration movement, quota request, employee work book, work permit.. etc.
- Monthly Insurance Payment
- Screen the CVs and appoint the potential candidates for interview. Follow the interview process up to the final interview and placement.
- Assist the Manager in regard to hiring, finalizing offer and contract.
- Assist to order sim cards, business cards, letterhead, envelop, t-shirt when requested
- Ensure that stationeries are available for staff to perform work and refill stock when needed
- Encourage staff to actively support sustainability initiatives in & out the office.
- Sustainable purchasing at office, cooperate with admin staff.
- Incorporate sustainability tasks and responsibilities into job descriptions and staff appraisals
- Perform other tasks as required
- Responsibilities Contracting:
- Analyze contents of contracts, and cross-check within the system team to ensure input main information accurately into the system and meet the deadline of request.
- Update every day of new offers/promotions or any amendments based on the signed contracts.
- Follow up countersigning contract process from both sides (hotel/restaurant and company) for official agreement (store in database only).
- Inform all concerned departments if there is any change in service costs, hotel renovations, room upgrades, and special promotions.
- Make and renew the credit application form with the hotels.
- Maintain and update the Contracting Schedule Report and Allotment Schedule Report.
- Incorporate sustainability clauses in contracts with suppliers and ensuring that we select suppliers based on environmental and social criteria
- Ensure that signed contracts comply with EXO ethical code & relevant responsible tourism policies
- Work Relations
- Work with Government sector, internal & external EXO's business network
- Liaise with Accounting/Operation/Sales departments/Tourplan/Product
- Maintain good working relations with suppliers.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a good company.
- Experience of working in the country and understanding of labor law and immigration laws.
- Good command of Khmer and English is required.
- Be accurate, detail-oriented and responsible for work.
- Strong teamwork & voluntarily help your departmental co-workers.
- Skills:

- Ability to work under pressure within time limits.
- Attention to detail, with a logical approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
