HR Clerk

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: HR, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $200 - $250
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily HR administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and filing systems.
  • Support the recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews).
  • Assist in tracking staff attendance and leave requests.
  • Help coordinate staff training and internal communications.
  • Perform other general office administrative duties as assigned.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Basic
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Education: Fresh graduate
  • Language: Basic to Intermediate English and fluent Khmer.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • No prior experience is required; we will provide training for the right candidate!
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Highly organized, honest, and eager to learn new skills.
 
 

Inventory Clerk

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Stock / Inventory
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: $200 - $250
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Track and record incoming shipments of raw materials.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure production teams never run out of essential supplies.
  • Perform regular physical counts of inventory and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area for both dry and refrigerated goods.
  • Assist in labelling and dating fresh in-house products according to our freshness protocols.
  • Coordinate with the Management to prepare purchase requests for low-stock items.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Basic
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Education: Fresh graduate
  • Language: Basic to Intermediate English and fluent Khmer.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift and move stock items as needed.
  • No prior experience is required; full training on our inventory systems will be provided.
Soft Skills
  • Attitude: Reliable, honest, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
