HR Assistant Manager

Position Summary

Reports to: Senior HR Manager

Department: HRA

Location: BRCM-HQ

Job Purpose

The HR Assistant Manager will support the Senior HR Manager in executing daily HR functions, ensuring smooth coordination and implementation of talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, and compliance. This role will also help track HR initiatives, coordinate with HR team members, and provide operational support to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all HR functions.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding & Culture Initiatives
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
  • Coordinate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate follow ups.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, including CSR programs, company sports day, and team building activities.
  • Track and report recruitment and employer branding metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Employee Engagement & Performance Management
  • Assist in the execution of employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
  • Plan and organize company events such as celebrations, team-building activities, and employee appreciation programs.
  • Support the performance review process, tracking feedback and evaluation cycles.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives for employee skill enhancement.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys to measure engagement and address concerns.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Support the Senior HR Manager in policy development and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Assist in interpreting and communicating policies to employees and managers.
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and official documentation.
  • Provide support for grievance handling and employee relations cases.
  • HR Coordination & Reporting
  • Track HR initiatives and ensure timely execution and reporting to the Senior HR Manager.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare HR reports on key metrics, including hiring trends, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks for HR policies and practices.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience with exposure to recruitment, engagement and compliance
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in the various HR functional areas.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in multicultural and fast-paced work environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
 
 

Advisory Analyst

Position Summary

Reports to: CEO Office

Department: Advisory

Location: BRCM-HQ

Job Summary

The role is a versatile position focused on supporting a wide range of strategic activities, including strategic planning, M&A, and working closely with the senior members of the Advisory Department to assess, plan and execute business/ investment opportunities in the Sub-Mekong region, across a variety of sectors including more traditional industries and the cutting edge and innovative sectors. This role will require the candidate to process industry specific policies and special economic zone policies in Cambodia to position the new business/ investment to capitalize on the market opportunity. The candidate will be stationed in Cambodia.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Transactional and screening of investment opportunities from the CEOO and senior members of the advisory department.
  • Profiling the investment/ partnership target, specific business opportunity and potential business potential.
  • Performing comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research, and peer benchmarking.
  • Develop an initial business plan and initial action plan to execute the deal/ pilot.
  • Developing and documenting transaction rationale, including preparation and presentation of all Information Memorandum and presentation materials.
  • Study industry specific trends and policies to ensure that the new business/ investment is able to capture the market opportunity.
  • Developing financial models, execute commercial due diligence and executing transaction recommendations.
  • Work with the senior members of the team to manage multiple projects, including the operationalization of specific projects
  • Work on the conversion of initial pilots into full-fledged business units
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters/MBA from a top-tier university. Desire to pursue a career in Corporate Finance/ M&A/ Private Equity.
  • 1 to 2 Years of Experience at a reputable Firm will be advantageous.
  • Fluent in English is a must, bilingual in English and Chinese languages is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting; excellent analytical / modeling skills.
  • ‘Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, excellent technical skills, confident presentation ability, and an inquisitive mind.
  • Overall familiarity with the private equity industry and knowledge of various strategies would be a significant enhancement.

Senior Accountant

Position Summary

Reporting to: Department Leader

Department: Finance

Job Summary

The Senior Accountant will assist the company's financial management systems, ensuring effective accounting practices, compliance with tax regulations, and the preparation of financial reports. Key responsibilities include managing daily accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, implementing cost control measures, and collaborating with other departments to support strategic decision-making. The role requires continuous improvement of financial policies and processes to enhance efficiency and minimize risks.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Establish and improve a sound financial management system and improve various financial management systems
  • Participate in the formulation, maintenance, improvement and supervision of the company's financial management processes and policies.
  • Responsible for the company's daily accounting processing and tax calculation, declaration and payment, reasonably reducing corporate tax burdens, avoiding tax risks, and assisting relevant departments in conducting financial audits and annual inspections.
  • Responsible for the company's internal and external financial statistical analysis, and the preparation of the company's financial, statistical, planning and other reports
  • Strengthen daily financial management and cost control, and provide constructive suggestions
  • Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders or relevant leaders.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in commerce, accounting and/or finance;
  • Full or partially qualified Chartered Accountant ("CA"), Certified Practicing Accountant ("CPA") of internationally recognized accounting profession bodies/institution;
  • Good command in verbal and written English and Chinese
  • More than 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, proficient in using financial software
  • An analytical mind
  • Be familiar with Cambodian national tax laws, financial regulations, accounting systems and other regulations.
  • Be familiar with the processing of accounting statements and be able to handle tax-related issues independently and comprehensively
  • Acceptable to be permanently stationed in Cambodia (Sihanoukville).
