HR & Admin Officer
The person in this position is responsible for providing supports and taking care of day to day operation of HR and Admin tasks and to make sure it is carried out smoothly, effectively with good cooperation of all departments.
- Manage in recruitment process including application screening, interviewing, and testing applicants and contract preparation.
- Notify existing staff of internal opportunities.
- Provide orientation to new employees by providing training on necessary company policies and procedures.
- Prepare and manage all company's documents keep in order.
- Review company policies with senior management.
- Work with Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.
- Process employee requests and provide relevant information.
- Prepare monthly payroll and processing with the bank.
- Monitor staff benefits such as NSSF, insurance, health care, and others.
- Monitor on monthly document and cash preparation for NSSF payment.
- Prepare correspondence of invitation / request letters to other related departments.
- Supervise and gives direction to cleaner and security team.
- Monitor on employee attendant system.
- Monitor on leave recording system of employee.
- Monitor on office supply by comparing expense for each month.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
- Cambodian national.
- Bachelor Degree in business administration, management or any other relevant field.
- 1 – 2 years experience in HR, administration, and/or office management.
- Strong commitment and accountability.
- Computer literate in necessary basic office software.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Able to demonstrate and present the problems with solutions.
- Able to prioritize and manage several open cases at one time.
- Able to work as part of a team
- A person who able to communicate well with staff and manager.
