HR & Admin Lead
The position is for Cambodia Factory
Working hour:
- 07am to 12am
- 01pm to 16 pm
- Assist the company's decision-making team in formulating development goals and overall planning for the production base in Cambodia.
- Develop comprehensive human resources and administrative work plans, ensuring alignment with the company's development goals. Prepare budget plans that support the successful execution of the development plan.
- Establish an effective organizational structure for the production base. Build a robust management team by recruiting suitable candidates based on human resource planning.
- Act as a liaison during the company's preparation process, communicating effectively with external parties. Maintain relationships with relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader.
- Bachelor's degree in administrative management or human resources. Minimum of 5 years of experience in factory HR and administrative management.
- Proficient in various workflow modules and possesses strong administrative management abilities in human resource management.
- Demonstrated experience and abilities in team building and personnel recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and coordination abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Strong resistance to pressure, exhibiting an outgoing personality and maintaining a calm mindset in challenging situations.
- Self-driven with the ability to motivate and lead others. Exhibits high overall quality and the capability to work independently.
Finance Supervisor
Working hour:
- 07am to 12am
- 01pm to 16 pm
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.
- Accounting Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger postings, and account reconciliations.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns and reports.
- Cost Accounting: Oversee cost accounting processes, analyze financial data, and provide insights to improve cost efficiency.
- Audit Coordination: Assist in the preparation for audits and respond to auditor inquiries
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited university.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese is required.
- Minimum of three years of relevant employment experience in accounting, with a strong understanding of tax and cost accounting principles.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external parties.
