We are looking for a Hotel Sales Manager who is responsible for developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies, building relationships with clients, and enhancing revenue growth for Farm House Resort and Spa. This role includes leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their targets while leverage his/her expertise in hospitality sales to promote the resort's unique offerings and create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop promotional packages and campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Cultivating and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
- Attending industry events and conferences to promote the resort and expand its market presence
- Leading and supporting the sales team by setting clear goals, providing guidance and creating a collaborative work environment.
- Supervise and provide training to team members on upselling and customer relationship management
- Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Report on key sales metrics to management on a regular basis to ensure activity goals are being met
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the General Manager
- Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing/MBA or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills of market assessments and trends, and sales performance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skill
- Ability to motivate and lead sales teams to achieve targets
- Flexibility working depending on business operation time
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
