Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance.
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments to maintain high service quality.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, safety, and security within the property.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase positive reviews.
- Maintain high standards for room quality, amenities, and overall hospitality.
- Hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement staff development programs.
- Optimize pricing and occupancy rates in coordination with the sales and marketing team.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract guests and increase bookings.
- Build relationships with travel agencies, online booking platforms, and corporate clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety laws, and hospitality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and licenses required for hotel operations
- Implement emergency response plans and safety procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 03 years of experience in hotel management or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software (PMS) and revenue management systems.
- Handle Ecommerce and Sale support
- Computer advance: Power Point, Word & Excel
- Knowledge of Social media: Email, Internet, FB, IG, WeChat, Telegram, WhatsApp
- Language: Business English both writing and speaking skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
