- Duties and Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into workplans, budgets, and quality assurance standards.
- Manage cross-program referral pathways and SOPs, ensuring risk management and safeguarding.
- Supervise program leads, set goals, oversee performance management, mentorship, wellbeing and workload balance.
- Oversee program MEL plans, indicators, data quality, and learning forums.
- Consolidate narrative and financial inputs for donor and management reporting.
- Coordinate budget vs actuals and forecasts with Finance.

- Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyse case data, OSINT, and platform reports related to child sexual exploitation.
- Produce actionable report to inform law enforcement actions.
- Support case triage and prioritization and prepare case briefs.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and partner agencies in line with SOPs, confidentiality, and chain-of-custody requirements.
- Monitor online platforms for CSA indicators and coordinate with the Crisis Hotline on takedowns and referrals.
- Ensure strict adherence to safeguarding, do-no-harm, data protection, and secure information handling protocols.
