Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Supervise the Team: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and administrative team.
- Accounting Oversight: Review and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Tax Compliance: Review monthly and annual tax returns to ensure adherence to taxation laws.
- Tax Audit Liaison: Coordinate matters related to tax audits.
- Annual Financial Filings: Handle the annual filing process for accounting and auditing regulators.
- Assist with Regulatory Matters: Support accounting and auditing regulatory requirements.
- Additional Duties: Undertake other responsibilities as assigned by top management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting: A solid educational foundation in accounting.
- Relevant Experience: Prior experience in related fields.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Interpersonal Communication: Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Self-Discipline and Positive Attitude: Maintain professionalism and a positive outlook.
- Multitasking Abilities: Manage tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
