Position Summary

Direct Report: Chawita Siripong

Section: Quality Assurance Department

Summary of Job Purpose:

Responsible for safety and quality training for guides in all ICS Destinations.

Making sure that standards are met for the quality of the company’s services. Maintaining an effective Quality Management Policies and procedures; leading quality initiatives for internal operations and suppliers

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Training
  • Conduct First Aid & CPR training or other relevant training regarding guide quality
  • Evaluate guide’s performance after training
  • Providing result to concerned team and providing recommendations for improvement
  •  Quality Assurance
  • Monitor trouble on spot and coordinate with concerned departments to make sure our ground staff take a proper action
  • Implement quality assurance standard and procedures
  • Analyze the customer feedback after the tour (ICS questionnaire)
  • Vehicle random inspection
  • Guide/Driver spot check
  • Hotel/restaurant inspection (especially most hotels that being used for series)
  • Investigate the issues that related to quality of services
  • Others
  • Handling extra projects or reports request by management
Requirements:
  • Job Specification/Qualification
  • Minimum Bachelor degree or higher in tourism management, business management or other related subject
  • Good command of written English ( a plus of any other languages would be advantageous)
  • An experience in tourist industries/Tour Operations/Quality Assurance Management/Training is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years in similar position
  • Detail oriented and high standard of personal conduct and presentation
  • Excellent facilitation and trainer skills
  • Certified for first aid training, CPR training or other relevant training
  • Ability to travel when required
