Direct Supervisor : Sales & Marketing Manager

Working Day : 05days and half per week
Purpose:
Drive the success of products, services & brand promise in the marketplace by building up & maintaining relationships with agencies, making insightful product and service recommendations, and developing & executing impactful marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Provide design support in restaurant’s printed materials.
- Maintain the tone and feel of social media channels as per Marketing Supervisor’s instruction.
- Provide design adaptation support in various POSMs and media executions.
- Work with photographers to ensure quality photo outputs.
- Responsible for sourcing and quality assurance of various vendors related to design deliverables.
- Additional/Ad-hoc duties-Willing to accept additional responsibilities assigned from time to time by direct Supervisor for Career enhancement/others.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Superior.
- Assist to Head of Marketing for ad-hoc duties.
- Education Background
- University degree or equivalent professional experience, and relevant professional creative & design school training certification.
- Working Experience
- At Least 2-3 years of professional related experience.
- Knowledge/ Skills/Personalities
- Age between 25 to 35 years old and possess good command in both English & Khmer Language.
- Relevant professional computer literacy.
- Creative thinker, excellent listener and communicator.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization comfortably.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and team spirit.

Training Manager
Direct Supervisor : Operations Head / GM
Working Location : Office & Operation Field
Department : Operations
Working Day : 05days and half per week
Purpose
- Manage Operations training & development function for Operations team.
- Manage training systems by formulating and delivering quality and effective training solutions to all stores
- Work in consultation with Operations Head and Human Resource to Operations training initiative implementation.
- Formulate a strategic training plan in line with the training and development needs of Operations
- Manage the overall training and development cycle including training needs analysis, program design, delivery and evaluation for frontline staff at all levels.
- Develop training curriculum for service and product excellence as well as business development needs.
- Partner with Operations and HR to identify people development opportunities and provide strategic interventions to help Operations accomplish its’ People Capability objectives / KPIs.
- Assist Operations to measure and improve training effectiveness and propose actions that solve the problem diagnosed.
- Prepare reports and analysis for monthly management review and strengthen the effectiveness of training programs for continuous improvement.
- Handle other tasks as assigned by Superior.
- Education Background
- University Degree or higher in related field.
- Working Experience
- Minimum 2 years experienced as a trainer, preferably in the F&B sector.
- Hands-on experience in training delivery for programs in areas of product training, customer services, and supervisory skill training etc.
- Knowledge/ Skills/Personalities
- Age between 25 to 40 years old & possess good command in both English and Khmer Language.
- Computer Literacy especially skills & knowledge for training Materials production.
- Sound negotiating, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and possess good team spirit & strong interpersonal skills.

Supply Chain Manager
Direct Supervisor : Operations Head / General Manager
Working Location : Office
Department : Supply Chain
Working Day : 05days and half per week
Purpose
- To manage a stable, consistent supply chain and quality of Food and Non-Food items, and its corresponding Logistics and Distribution, to support the daily operations. This includes the supply and quality of partial Kitchen Equipment and Small-wares working hand in hand with Construction and Operations department.
- To ensure all procurement activities are performed according to processes and policies, managing a budgeted cost of sales, in the most competitive method industry-wide.
- Manage the supply, quality and distribution of all procured food and non-food items.
- Ensure stable and consistent product and services supply, lowest attainable pricing, and specification-based product quality.
- Support all Supply Chain Management strategies and initiatives.
- Support the development of all menu food items with its knowledge and management of supplier resources, and activities and manpower in procurement.
- Ensure the availability of ingredients to support marketing plan and store sales and strike for the balance of storage cost and over stock.
- Reduce the number of Product Quality Non-Conformance (PQNC) occurrences.
- Education Background
- University Degree or higher in related field.
- Working Experience
- Over 5 years of Procurement or Supply Chain Management experience, with 3 years at managerial level
- Knowledge/ Skills/Personalities
- Good command in both English and Khmer Language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain and Procurement Management or related discipline.
- Computer literacy.
- Age between 30 to 45 years old.
- Familiar with restaurant store operations.
- High integrity, profound and thorough understanding of the supply chain operation.
- Good understanding of the mechanism of market research and consumer behavior is also required.
- Closely connected with suppliers, producers and traders of food, packaging material, and equipment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined and team spirit.
