- Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring the alignment with short-term and long-term objective;
- Lead and motivate staffs to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing managerial team;
- Develop and implement policies, programs, curriculum activities, and budgets in a manner that promotes the educational development of student and the professional development of each staff member;
- Oversee all operation and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission;
- Enforce the legal guideline and ensures that the school program is compatible with the legal, financial and organizational structure of the school system;
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders;
- Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits;
- Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth;
- Maintain deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company;
- Lead and coordinate staff meetings and board meetings;
- Manage procurement and organize instructional equipment and supplies;
- Ensure and maintain safety and wellbeing of the students.

- MSc/MA in business administration, management or related field
- Proven experience as a School Director or in other senior managerial positions
- Strong understanding of cooperate finance and performance management principles
- In-depth knowledge of cooperate governance and general management best practice
- Analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skill
- High organisational, interpersonal and planning skills
Administrative & HR Manager (1 Position)
Working Hours: 7.30AM-5.00PM, Mon-Fri

- Provide administrative support to staff and coordinate personnel or employment issues
- Recruit qualified staff and maintain a smooth onboarding process
- Train, counsel, and coach staff to comply with our standard
- Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedure.
- Maintain and update school records, files, calendar, personnel folders, contracts/agreements etc.
- Conduct or attend staff meeting and take minutes
- Direct or coordinate extracurricular activities
- Create or draft administrative and business letters and provide assistance with translation
- Take lead or coordinate event planning and management
- Plan and organize parent meetings, staff meetings and Board meetings
- Monitor and control resources (budget, stationaries, supplies, assets)
- Prepare school report and submit to a General Manager
- Consult with parents and staff to discuss discipline, policy or behavioral or learning problems
- Prepare and maintain staff attendance, school activity, accounting, personnel reports and records for officials and agencies
- Monitor compliance against the policies and procedures and report non-compliance to the School Director for action
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field
- At least two-year experience in administrative management
- Business communicable level of English in both spoken and written forms
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Ability to work autonomously and independently

IT Officer (2 Positions)
Working Hours: 7.30AM-5.00PM, Mon-Fri

- Provide technical support for staffs and students on campus in the use of IT’s equipment.
- Implement, maintain and support ICT services, i.e. , anti-virus updates, file backup, software installation and other tasked as directed by school director;
- Assist in the management, packaging and support of software used in the school;
- Assist with management of Active Directory objects and services (Mail, File Sharing, SharePoint);
- Install and support network infrastructure, i.e. network switches, cabling, wireless access points, etc.;
- Provisioning and deployment of end user devices, i.e. laptops, desktop PC’s, etc.;
- Take photo and video for the student and school's activities to be used for social media and marketing purpose;
- Edit photos and videos to be used for publication, social media, marketing, etc.
- Design the artworks of newsletter, students card, invitations, and other materials required by the school;
- Maintain and update school’s website
- Manage and update information, data and student’s work into the school’s database system;
- Other duties as and when requested by school director;
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field;
- Proven graphic designing experience;
- Business Communicable level of English in both spoken and written form;
- Excellent computer proficiency;
- Ability to work autonomously and independently;High organizational, interpersonal and planning skills.
