•               Oversee daily operations across departments: finance, production, sales, logistics, and compliance.

•               Handle human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.

•               Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with KSCAC’s goals and mission.

•               Ensure financial sustainability, cost efficiency, and productivity.

•               Report regularly to the Board of Directors (BoD) on performance, risks, and new opportunities.

Qualifications:

•               Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.

•               At least 5 years of leadership experience in agribusiness, cooperatives, or enterprise management.

•               Strong knowledge of business operations, HR, and financial 

planning.

•               Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

•               Fluency in Khmer required; English proficiency is an asset.
