Frontline Officer

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reporting to : Senior Frontline Officer/ Supervisor / Accounts Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome, register patients and update the system on appointments
  • Conduct payment processes at the cashier – open and close counter, generate invoices, allocate discounts and vouchers, process payments and refunds, and manage float
  • Generate daily settlement to submit to finance
  • Ensure that patient inquiries are answered appropriately and in a timely manner for all channels (e.g. social media platforms, email, etc)
  • Support with direct billing patient inquiries, liaise with the internal medical team and the direct billing entity for the collation of required documentation, submit reports for direct billing
  • Ensure frontline trackers are updated correctly and submitted on time
  • Provide great customer service for patients at SSMC
  • Support manager in all adhoc duties

Languages:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related fields
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Experience as Cashier or Customer Service
  • Basic math and computer skill like Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills in English and Khmer, both written and spoken
Soft Skills
  • Be able to follow instruction, and fast learner

Digital Marketing Officer

Position Summary

Reporting to : Assistant Marketing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media profiles and online presence.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook and TikTok Ads, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Handle website updates, landing pages, and user experience enhancements.
  • Coordinate with Frontline and other departments to promote products, services and following up enquiries on social media.

Radiologist

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reporting to : Head of OPD and Urgent Care Services

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform Radiology procedure
  • Radiologists specialize in diagnosing and treating injuries and diseases using medical imaging and procedures, including: X-rays, Computed tomography (CT), Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Nuclear medicine, Positron emission tomography (PET), Ultrasound
  • Manage the daily operations and develop, implement, and monitor plan for patient services in radiology department.
  • Monitoring all images submiited to PCAS
  • Oversee, maintain, and provide appropriate information and documentation for all department
  • Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times.
  • Liaising with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.

OPD/ IPD Nurse

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Reporting to : Nursing Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform minor medical operations with doctors
  • Clean wounds and reset bones for patients who enter the Emergency Room
  • Draw blood to send for testing
  • Maintain Emergency Room care standards
  • Assist with insurance paperwork as needed
  • Ensure the efficiency of the patient check-in process
  • Display strong decision-making skills in emergency scenarios
  • Triage incoming patients based on level of injury or illness
  • Immediately stabilize incoming patients
  • Administer medication as instructed by physicians
  • Start intravenous lines, and set broken bones
  • Perform tracheotomies and intubations
  • Give patients stitches and sutures
  • Create and maintain incoming patient records
  • Work with team of emergency staff to help patients
  • Provides general nursing care to patients Observing and recording patients’ behavior.
  • Maintaining reports of patients’ medical histories, and monitoring changes in their condition.
  • Carrying out the requisite treatments and medications.
  • Adhering with the protocols, norms, rules and regulations in order to maintain complete medical records.
  • Providing necessary guidance on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Resolved patient’s problem and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategic
  • Protect Patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
  • Prepares equipment and aids physician during treatments and examinations of patients
