Duties & Responsibilities:
- Skilled in handling shipping operations: contacting customers, quoting prices, booking shipping space, arranging the exports of customers, checking and delivering documents, handling bills, collecting receivables and payables, tracking goods, etc.
- responsible for providing overseas agency relevant documents and release of goods;
- Collate and archive documents；
- Deal with all kinds of emergencies and give timely report to superiors;
- Complete other related work assigned by the superior
- Proficient in office software;
- Good command of English, proficient in using English to communicate emails;
- Experience in logistics and transportation is preferred; be familiar to handle both of FCL and LCL shipments;
- Good teamwork spirit;
- Serious and responsible at work, quick thinking, good customer service awareness, strong communication, coordination and expression skills, adaptability, anti-pressure ability, and ability to deal with emergencies;
- College degree or above, major in international trade, logistics, foreign trade is preferred;
- Strong sense of responsibility, can bear hardships and stand hard work.

- Receiving customer logistics orders, arranging orders, and tracking orders to ensure the smooth completion of each order;
- Complete daily logistics report;
- Understand customer's logistics needs and assist relevant departments to improve the company's service level according to customer's needs;
- Maintain customer relationship and solve customer complaints;
- Responsible for customer reconciliation, sales statistics and other related customer services.
