Football Coach
Contract Type: UDC (following successful completion of a three-month probation period)

Accountability and Relationship:
- Reports to the Head of Football Coach
- Is part of a team consisting of all the staff who work for ISF
- Facilitate football training for 5 teams of 2 sessions per week every week for the designated team/teams
- Work in conjunction with the other ISF/FFC coach/coaches who are assigned to the same team
- Arrive early to prepare the training grounds and to prepare the lesson
- Provision of training that improves the skills and ability of every player
- Provision of training that includes all children who qualify to play
- Attend the full training session
- Assist in organizing league and tournaments
- Attend organized league and tournaments, including league every Sunday and tournaments. You are required to perform duties, such as, being a referee of the match, being a trainer of addictive behavior lessons and training untrained teams
- Assist in fun games organized by ISF/FFC and SALT
- Register players in the team with correct player’s data
- Keep the attendance list of the team you are responsible for and help with data collection for Report Writing
- Where the coach has been working with ISF for over 1 year, they may be asked to mentor new coaches and assist in their development during the official training sessions
- Attend the training according to the given schedule and inform ISF Administrative Officer if you are unable to attend any session. A minimum of 2 hours notice is required so that ISF can provide a replacement coach.
- Act as a role model for the youths/children in the team and provide good example to them
- Each coach is asked to visit the organization / NGO of the team they are responsible to train so they have a good understanding of the children they are teaching
- Attend the coach’s weekly meeting
- Attend the meeting with other staff if requested
- Attend other training courses, for example, training by FFC or FIFA, which benefits the organization, leadership training, First Aid, workshops of the Education Program (Addictive Behaviors Against Abuses and Discrimination)
- Maintain a good relationship with FFC and SALT
- Attend wonderful events such as school parties and International Children’s Day
- Perform duties properly according the to the request by the Administrative Officer
- Check and monitor the yearly job performance
- Conform to ISF’s Child Protection Policy
- Attend organized events, such as, League, Tournament, Camp, Tournament Oversea, Trip...)
- Achieved a minimum of a D-License in Football Coaching or equivalence
- Enjoys working with and for children
- Ability to teach the required subjects
- Willingness to learn new skills
- First Aid (this course will be provided by ISF/FFC)
