4P’s, headquartered in Saigon, Vietnam. Our main restaurant, Pizza 4P’s, has 39 stores in Vietnam and manages global franchises like IPPUDO and ABOUT LIFE COFFEE BREWERS. Our core products are food and beverages, specifically pizza, with key differentiators of "House-made cheeses," "Earth-to-people," and "Omotenashi" hospitality.

Currently, we are looking for qualified candidates to fulfill the following positions:

Food Assistant Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

This position for Cambodian Only

Working days: 6 days/week (Flexible)

Working Hour: 8 hours/day

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the team's work schedule.
  • Control of goods.
  • Food safety control.
  • Daily report.
  • Need to report to the direct manager all related issues in work and responsibilities.
  • Support other requests from restaurant management.

Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • English - Fluent
Work History:
  • At least experiences in the food assistant manager position or assisting in F&B field at an international industries for 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Having experience in making Pizza is an advantage (Doing Italian Pizza products)
  • Have experience in managing and coordinating human resources
  • Have experience in food quality management
  • Experience in managing operating costs: labor costs, raw material costs, utility costs, profit and loss report analysis, food loss.
  • Ability to train and plan training for the team
  • Have experience working with other departments.
  • Can work rotating shifts
  • Ability to build operating procedures for restaurants
  • Basic computer skills (work, excel...)
  • Have experience using software to manage work hours, purchases, inventory,...
  • English: Advanced level in speaking and writing;
  • Understanding COGS management is a plus
Soft Skills
  • Good leadership and organizational skills
  • English: Good communication ability
  • Strong leadership, management, and problem-solving skills;
  • Being independent, proactive, patient, high responsibility, and willing to work under high pressure;

Restaurant Manager

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

This position for Cambodian Only

Working Hours: 200 hours/ month ~ 25 working days, flexible working hours based on operation schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Restaurant Operations
  • Attend customers to make sure that every single of them are happy with our food and service
  • Have a meeting with supervisors of each department (service, kitchen, and pizza) to understand the situation of the entire restaurant and progress of monthly goals
  • Manage all the restaurant staffs and make sure that their work quality is at Pizza 4P’s standard
  • Manage and make sure that the restaurant environment is always at Pizza 4P’s standard
  • Cost Management
  • Be always aware of the labor, food, and other cost of the restaurant and make sure that the total cost is lower than the target;
  • Come up with ideas and implement them to meet the total target cost;
  • Sales Management
  • Manage the daily sales and input all the necessary numbers on a predetermined sheet
  • Analyze the sales and come up with ideas to increase the sales and then implement those ideas into daily restaurant operation
  • Training Skills
  • Train supervisors of each department and maximize the performance of each team;
  • Have a close communication with supervisors and make sure that the progress of each department’s training is on track;
  • Fully understand the training protocols and systems of Pizza 4P’s and suggest ideas to improve IT (if any)
  • Sustainable Business Development
  • Be the owner of the store P&L
  • Secure sustainable business development and make sure the store is operating with profitable conditions.
  • Partner roster management: Expect the sales focus and arrange the roster to secure the profit with COL control as well as to maintain 4P‘s quality.
  • Manage expenses for ordering/purchasing to secure profit.
  • Stock control, inventory management, manage the COGS with safety level and export the right result on the inventory
  • Other Management Tasks
  • Have a close communication with restaurants or area restaurant managers, operation managers, general managers, and office teams to improve the performance of the restaurant;
  • Consult with staffs and support creating the Great Place to Work;
  • Update the immediate supervisor about a long, mid, and short term goal achievement progress in a timely manner

Call Center (GSA)

Position Summary

Working days/Working Hour: Working 6 days/week - 8 hours/day (flexible)

Location: Pizza 4P’s 313 Quayside (PSQ)

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward guests at all times
  • Communication with other departments to ensure positive Guest experience
  • One Touch Guest communication in resolving issues
  • Responsible for all Guest communication via web, email and phone
  • Find ways to improve Guest Experience, finding ways to create WOW experience on daily basis
  • Ensure good guest experience, create new ways to have a great guest experiences & recover when there are issues or complaints
  • Will be trained and maintain the core values of Pizza 4P’s includes: Compassion; Authenticity; Kaizen; Omotenashi
  • Handle and manage booking table and pre-order
  • Reply to any inquiries and complaints on social media
