FLUCY Project Officer 02 positions: office base in National Office in Phnom Penh, the FLUCY The Project Officer will support the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Fulness of Life for Urban Children and Youth (FLUCY) Project. This role is essential for ensuring the successful implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project initiatives, with a strong emphasis on quality and budget management.
- At least a Bachelor degree in Agri-business, Rural development or other relevant fields.
- At least two years of working experience in community development, agriculture, Agri- business, value chain, disaster, livelihood, migration and human trafficking and other relevant fields.

- Community Development, People Skill, Problem-solving, Presentation, Training and development, Communication.
- Knowledge of project management – planning and budgeting
- Demonstrated proficiency in Khmer, both spoken and written; proficiency in English is a plus
- Computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the internet
- Ability to plan and organize own work, deliver results and meet deadlines
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documents
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, Computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoints)
- English language (reading, writing, and speaking) is a value-added for this position, BUT it is not a must.
