Fleet Coordinator
Reporting Line: Fleet and Training Supervisor
Scope of the Position:
- Target workforce: up to 5 Transporters, Approximately 250 Drivers
- Location of workforce managed: Road Transport across the country
- Other specific factors:
1. Management of the Trucks & Drivers of the Transporters (5 transporters, 45 trucks),
2. Conduct Vetting Inspection 2 times/Year and Ensure action finding close 100% per due date.
3. Inspection of Clients Sites and Road Risk assessment/ Journey Management plan
4. Inspection of Trucks (New truck entering the fleet & Existing fleet)
- 5. Achieve higher level of HSEQ, Audits, SMT, ICT, and One Maestro, …etc.
- Ensure the Compliance of Road Transport with Group & HSEQ Standards/Procedures and local requirements
- Organizing the preventive and curative maintenance with Transporter to increase availability of trucks
- Coordinate with Transporter for Tanks/ flow meter Calibration, NMC (National Metrology Center) are performed before prior expiration.
- Guarantee that licenses / regulations of transporters are performed prior expiration
- Conduct Analysis of Deviations/ Near miss /accident (Client Complaints/Incident, Losses) and propose Action Plans to Supervisor
- Coordinate with dispatching regarding availability of truck and drivers
- Coordinate in case customer complaints and corrective actions
- Conduct Road risk assessment for all route plan/ Authorize stop to ensure all the risks are covered and mitigated.
- Refer to fuel delivery procedure and coordinate with Transport Supervisor to set up the blind spot in the OBC system (On board Computer system).
- Organize the truck vetting / conduct spot checks of the trucks / coordinate with Depots regarding prior to load checklist
- Investigate product spillages and losses and customer complaints
- Implementation of Action Plans from for all the Transport area base on the finding, audit, safety inspection and others.
- Implement PATROM latest version and Truck Invariant for the trucks. Ensure proper preparation for ICT and SMT audit (Inspection Conformity of Transporter and Transport Management System). The gap analysis to be discussed with Supervisor to ensure the gap is fulfilled according to the guideline and standard. Other works assign by Supervisor or Transport Manager
- Education: At least diploma in mechanical or technical degree
- Experience: A minimum of 3-year of mechanical / vehicle technical experience
- Good knowledge about mechanics and technical equipment and in the management of drivers.
- Appropriate valid driving license, Truck driving license category minimum (C) optimal (E) is a plus
- Skills: Very good communication in English and Knowledge of procedures / safety and management
