Financial Staff (1 Position)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Financial Management & Budgeting
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for medical outreach programs.
  • Track income and expenses, ensuring proper allocation of funds.
  • Support the development of financial reports for internal use and donor reporting.
  • Ensure all expenditures align with budgetary guidelines and funding agreements.
  • Accounting & Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for audits.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments for suppliers, staff, and service providers.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting best practices.
  • Grant & Donor Fund Management
  • Support financial reporting for grants and ensure compliance with donor requirements.
  • Assist in managing project funds and tracking expenditures.
  • Prepare documentation for audits and financial evaluations.
  • Work with program teams to ensure grant funding is utilized effectively.
  • Procurement & Financial Compliance
  • Assist in procurement processes, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
  • Ensure financial transactions comply with local laws, tax regulations, and NGO policies.
  • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to prevent fraud or misuse of funds.
  • Conduct periodic financial reviews and recommend process improvements.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in financial management, NGO accounting, or auditing.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and nonprofit finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with donor-funded projects or grant reporting preferred.
  • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pharmacist (1 Position)

  • Medication Dispensing & Patient Education
  • Dispense prescribed medications accurately and ensure correct dosages for patients.
  • Provide clear instructions to patients on how to take medications safely.
  • Educate patients about possible side effects, interactions, and precautions.
  • Answer patient and caregiver questions regarding medications.
  • . Inventory & Supply Chain Management
  • Maintain accurate records of medication stock, expiry dates, and procurement needs.

Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Degree in Pharmacy with a valid license to practice.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a hospital, community pharmacy, or NGO setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medication management.
  • Experience in stock control, procurement, and logistics preferred.
  • Ability to work in remote and resource-limited settings.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for serving vulnerable communities.

Nurse (1 Position)

  • Conduct basic diagnostic tests (e.g., blood sugar, hemoglobin, urine tests) as needed.
  • Administer medications and educate patients on disease prevention and hygiene.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation of treatments provided.
  • Prepare and manage medical supplies for mobile clinics.
  • Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to coordinate logistics and patient flow.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.

Physical Therapy (1 Position)

  • Diagnostic Imaging
  • Operate X-ray machines and other radiology equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Position patients correctly to obtain clear and accurate imaging results.
  • Follow physician instructions regarding imaging procedures and techniques.
  • Ensure proper use of protective shielding to minimize radiation exposure.
  • Patient Care & Safety
  • Explain procedures to patients and ensure their comfort during imaging.
  • Monitor and assist patients with mobility limitations.
  • Follow all radiation safety guidelines and hospital protocols.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
  • Equipment Maintenance & Compliance
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on X-ray equipment.
  • Report any malfunctions or necessary repairs to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations and hospital policies.
  • Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and safety standards.

  • Work closely with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses.

  • Assist in training new staff or medical students on radiographic procedures if required.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Certification or degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an X-ray technician (preferred).
