The Financial Analyst supports the Senior Vice President (SVP) in financial reporting and coordination across the company’s finance teams, ensuring seamless operations and informed decision-making. This role combines administrative, financial, and communication responsibilities, including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, and tracking project progress, while also handling high-level meetings and confidential documents.
- Support various functions within the firm and the selected business subsidiaries, including human resources, finance and accounting, investor relations, public policy.
- Support the inter-department work across the various satellite offices of BRCM, covering both investments and policy-related work.
- Manage the SVP’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain the SVP’s files, records, and confidential documents, ensuring quick retrieval when necessary.
- Assist with gathering and organizing financial reports from various departments for review by the SVP.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant role, ideally supporting senior management in a finance-driven environment.
- Experience with financial documentation and an understanding of corporate finance processes is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and financial management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage tasks.
- Excellent command of the English language is mandatory. Chinese fluency is advantageous
Administrative Analyst

Job Purpose
The Administrative Analyst will be involved in supporting Management with administrative duties and will support the Translator/ Administrative Officer of the CEO office on the logistics and administrative duties for the office.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison and extension of the team by coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for liaising with other departments as required.

Accountant

The role of Accountant is responsible for overseeing all financial transactions, including fixed payments and variable expenses and reconciling bank statements.
- Review and prepare vouchers for financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
- Organize and coordinate monthly stock counts in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Control and monitor of company fixed asset and reconcile against accounting system.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting to supervisors and management teams.
- Visit banks to perform relevant transactions.
- Correspond and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational processes.
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors and the management team
- University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent degree.
- Minimum of three-year experience in accounting or finance field.

Translator

- Check original texts or confer with authors of the reports and presentation materials to ensure that translations retain the content, meaning, and feeling of the original material.
- Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for financial, legal, and real estate material related to the company’s businesses and operations.
- Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials.
- Read written materials such as financial reports, legal documents, advisory works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages (Khmer, English, or Chinese)
- Refer to reference materials such as dictionaries, lexicons, encyclopedias, and computerized terminology banks as needed to ensure translation accuracy.
- Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages, orally, maintaining message content, context, and style as much as possible.
- Honor outlined ethical codes to ensure sensitive and confidential information remains secure and protected
- Compile information about the content and context of information to be translated, as well as details of the groups for whom translation or interpretation is being performed.
- Perform any other duties as and when required by the company.
- Relevant Degree with more than 3-5 years of relevant working experience as a professional translator in business organizations or government departments.
- Excellent command of Khmer, English, and Chinese.
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of translating documents and checking terms and terminology being applied;
- Confidentiality and professional code of conduct must be applied;
