Role Overview:
The Finance Officer is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting manufacturing cost analysis, ensuring accurate financial reporting, monitoring inventory and retail transactions, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. The role plays a key part in supporting profitability analysis for beauty and household care product lines.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget.
- Analyze gross margins across different product lines (cosmetics and household care).
- Support management with financial insights and performance dashboards.
- Manufacturing & Cost Accounting
- Monitor and analyze production costs (raw materials, packaging, labor, overhead, waste).
- Track standard vs. actual costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Support pricing decisions through cost and margin analysis.
- Ensure accurate recording of inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Oversee AP and AR processes and maintain aging reports.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Inventory & Retail Oversight
- Monitor stock levels, stock turnover, and slow-moving items.
- Reconcile online and offline sales (retail stores, distributors, e-commerce platforms).
- Ensure accurate recording of digital payments, POS transactions, and cash collections.
- Support periodic physical inventory counts.
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budget.
- Provide financial projections for new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Compliance & Taxation
- Ensure compliance with VAT/GST, corporate income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Support payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.
- Systems & Controls
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks).
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure adherence to financial policies.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA – partially or fully qualified preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting and inventory management.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills.

Role Overview:
The Warehouse Officer is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch of cosmetics and household care products. The role ensures product quality, stock accuracy, compliance with safety standards, and timely order fulfillment to distributors, retailers, and e-commerce customers.
- Inventory Management
- Receive and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate recording of stock in ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Odoo, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels and maintain optimal inventory to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in periodic physical stock audits.
- Identify and report slow-moving, expired, or damaged goods.
- Storage & Handling
- Ensure proper storage conditions for cosmetics and household care products
- (temperature, humidity, cleanliness).
- Apply FIFO/FEFO (First-In-First-Out / First-Expired-First-Out) principles.
- Ensure safe handling of fragile, liquid, or chemical-based products.
- Maintain organized warehouse layout for efficient operations.
- Order Processing & Dispatch
- Coordinate picking, packing, and labeling of orders for retail stores, distributors, and online customers.
- Verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, waybills).
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and transporters.
- Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Follow company SOPs for product handling and storage.
- Support quality control checks and quarantine procedures for defective or returned items.
- Maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
- Returns & Damage Control
- Manage product returns from customers and retailers.
- Record and report damaged, expired, or unsellable goods.
- Coordinate with finance and sales teams for reconciliation.
- Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports (stock levels, dispatch summary, discrepancies).
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams.
- Support demand forecasting by providing stock movement data.
- High School Diploma in or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of warehouse experience in FMCG, cosmetics, or household care industry.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control methods (FIFO/FEFO).
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software).
