The LN Agri Group is a Cambodian Management company, supplying management expertise to the agriculture and forestry sectors. The company is currently involved in several projects including two European funded companies in Kratie, namely Dau Tu and Phu Rieng.

We are looking for various qualified candidate to fulfill the positions as in the following:

Finance Officer (1 Position)

Position Summary

Salary : Negotiation (plus other benefits)

Overview

The Accountant is responsible to ensure the correctness of the accounting functions and accurate alignment with the Company policies and guidelines. S/he is responsible for keeping track of all business records and relative financial matters.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Maintain all accounting source documents and good use of Accounting system
  • Monitor daily bookkeeping
  • Manage all transaction record (Cash and Cash Equivalence, Account Receivable, Account Payable, etc.)
  • Verify, allocate, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Process Bank Related Matter such as deposit, withdrawal and bank reconciliation
  • Review monthly tax, sale and purchase record for Tax agency
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Plan, assign and review team work
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Timely produce financial statements
  • Development of Finance SOP & Monitoring: Involve in the review and initiate to develop the SOP and guideline to ensure the accounting system is well running. .
  • Perform other tasks assign by Accounting Controller.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting, Auditing, or related field
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and financial reporting
  • Computer literacy, multiple accounting software packages is a plus
  • Maintain effective working relationships with company’s external partners.
  • Be a team player who is analytical, resourceful and result-oriented.
  • Good command of English and Vietnamese is preferable.
  • Possess strong commitment, discipline and good communication skills.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, respect, professionalism and transparency at all times.
  • Act calmly and professionally within a challenging and dynamic work environment.
  • Act with initiative and resourcefulness when required.
 
 

Sale and Marketing Officer (1 Position)

Position Summary

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Sale works:
  • Planning about Sales activities.
  • Sales reporting.
  • Prepare strategy to develop sales business.
  • Corporate with related department to grow business marketing parts and services
  • Build relationship with customers
  • Stock Management & Administration
  • Advance information sources
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication from Management to staff and staff to management
  • Manage other related event
  • Marketing works:
  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan, monitoring all company promotion for measurement against desired results.
  • Create a marketing strategy toward the most lucrative market segments in rubber and cashew nuts marketplace.
  • Create, implement and monitor the advertising and public relations strategy toward key target markets to achieve revenue objectives.
  • Responsible for forecasts and budgets of the sales and marketing
  • Stay abreast of the rubber and cashew industry trends and recommend changes to positively affect operations.
  • Coordinate direct sales activities including promotions and familiarization trips.
  • Prepare all monthly reports timely and accurately.
  • Assist all management in establishing quality product standards and service levels
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance.
  • Communicates with customers to determine their needs and interests
  • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy.
  • Develops surveys and other marketing tools
  • Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Takes corrective action when necessary.
  • Other job as assigned by department manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Master’s degree in Business Management is an advance.
  • At least 5 years experiences in related field
  • Proficiency of English and Vietnamese communication
  • Excellence of Computer Literacy MS word, Excel, Internet and Email
  • Good interpersonal Skill.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skill.
  • Be able to work under pressure and limit timeline.
  • Good Service mind set with positive though.
  • Must be flexible and reliable person.
  • Good attitude with team player spirit.
