Finance Managers (2 Positions)
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Report to: General Manager
- Manage and Control daily operation and accounting system
- Provide financial reports monthly, yearly and interpret information
- Analysis of financial statement to management
- To Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting, and accounting control procedures;
- Supervising subordinators make sure them understand account nature and flow
- To set up and control stock report and movement
- To set up and control costing report for F&B
- To prepare budget plan and tax plan
- Monitoring budget vs actual expenses of all budgets
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Sex: Male/Female
- Age: 25-50 years old.
- A person who likes to keep things tidy and organized.
- Eye for detail.
- Takes joy in sharing/teaching his/her knowledge amongst others.
- Master degree in Accounting, Finance or related field ACCA is a plus.
- Advanced excel, Sun accounting software is a plus
- Ability to direct and supervise, good communication skills
- At least 7 years relevant financial working experience,
- English – good in writing, speaking and listening
