Finance Manager (1 Position)
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
- Ensure that the organization’s financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Developing financial reporting systems.
- Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
- Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion. Oversee organization’s investments.

Senior Accountant (1 Position)
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Produce error‐free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
- Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
- Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
- Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
- Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
- Provide input into department’s goal setting process
- Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Assist with tax audits and tax returns
- Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

Stock Controller (1 Position)
- Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received
- Verify incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing invoices to the order to ensure goods are in excellent condition
- Receive and track shipments
- Tag and label merchandise
- Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
- Prepare all orders for shipment
- Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
- Perform other tasks assigned by GM
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, the related area
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
- experience 1 to 3 years working at a warehouse as a stock controller Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to write, read speak in English

IT Support Officer (1 Position)
- Communicate with vendors, including procurement, maintenance and payment of products and services
- Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system installation and software configuration
- Daily inspection and maintenance of server room
- System configuration, user authority management, and corresponding review work
- Assist to revise IT SOP, IT Guide and IT Policy
- Monitoring and tracking of incidents
- Log, track and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity.
- Responsible and take ownership till closure
- Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management
- Perform other tasks assigned by MD
