2006: We were a chemical solvent. We worked with our supplier (Top Solvent Company) that better known as a company of Thaioil Group. We were also as Thinner Produce and Solvent Distributor

2014: Imported and Distributed Decorative Board (MDF, PB)

2020: Started Melamine Hot Press Machine

Over 20 years’ experience of products development and technical support team make the company be able to serve customer with wide range of wood and paint products

Finance Manager (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
  • Ensure that the organization’s financial records and record keeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Developing financial reporting systems.
  • Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes.
  • Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth/expansion. Oversee organization’s investments.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Gender : Female
  • Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
  • Proficient user of finance software
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
  • A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
  • BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
 
 

Senior Accountant (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Produce error‐free accounting reports and present their results
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
  • Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending
  • Provide technical support and advice on Management Accountant
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers
  • Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Provide input into department’s goal setting process
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule Assist with tax audits and tax returns
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Plan, assign and review staff’s work
  • Support month‐end and year‐end close process
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Gender : Female/Male
  • Graduated Bachelor Degree in Accountant or other major relate
  • Working experiences in accountant field at least 5 years
  • Working on timely manner
  • Well plan, organize and two‐ways communication
  • Good speaking and writing English

Stock Controller (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Organize stock and merchandise within the warehouse by properly unboxing and storing goods in their designated location
  • Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and provide management with an accurate representation of all goods shipped and received
  • Verify incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing invoices to the order to ensure goods are in excellent condition
  • Receive and track shipments
  • Tag and label merchandise
  • Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
  • Prepare all orders for shipment
  • Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items
  • Perform other tasks assigned by GM
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, the related area
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…)
  • experience 1 to 3 years working at a warehouse as a stock controller Good interpersonal Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to write, read speak in English
  • Work independence and self-management.
  • Excellent teamwork and team-building skills.
  • Highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and within the deadline.
  • Strong desire to learn and commit to his/her further development.
  • Ability to work under be pressure flexible.
 
 

IT Support Officer (1 Position)

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Communicate with vendors, including procurement, maintenance and payment of products and services
  • Daily maintenance of PC and laptop, including operating system installation and software configuration
  • Daily inspection and maintenance of server room
  • System configuration, user authority management, and corresponding review work
  • Assist to revise IT SOP, IT Guide and IT Policy
  • Monitoring and tracking of incidents
  • Log, track and escalate related IT issues to the correct entity.
  • Responsible and take ownership till closure
  • Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management
  • Perform other tasks assigned by MD
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Gender : Male
  • At least 1 years working experience in technology related field
  • Able to work independently
  • Team player, quick learner (Training will be provided)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in English and Chinese for document and system writing
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation
  • Willing to travel to responsible for Install and maintenance other branches in Phnom Penh
