General Position Summery
To provide management of the Financial Accounting team within Company, to ensure
that the company is financially sound through the development and maintenance
of systems of management, control and accountability. To lead on the
implementation of agreed changes within the Financial accounting team via
appropriate management of the employee concerned.
Financial Manager will be responsible for day to day accounting management; preparation
of all financial modeling and analysis reports; coordinating all tax and audit
initiatives; overseeing payroll, establishing proper internal financial and
management controls; interfacing with sophisticated investor base on financial
issues, and other functions as assigned
- Attend HOD Meeting as the head of Department.
- Develop and oversee the operational goals and objectives of financial function including running day-to-day accounting activities.
- Manage the financial accounting team to ensure that efficient and consistent systems are implemented within the team and that appropriate levels of financial controls are achieved.
- Ensure that financial information systems and procedures are communicated to and understood by other employee required to use them and ensure training is provided, as necessary
- Analyze current and historical account records, expense and revenue trends, variance analysis, estimated and realized revenues, administrative commitments and obligations incurred.
- Advise management on financial matters such as effective use of resources.
- Supervise personnel performing routine phases of bookkeeping operations as delegated to do so.
- Prepare reports which summarize and forecast the agency’s business activity and financial positioning areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
- Ensure that all book-keepings and financial accounting tasks are completed to a timetable and a work program agreed with CFO.
- Operate the chart of accounts and maintain the integrity of the accounting assistant and identify improvement of the IT systems to maximize resources and improve the financial accounting function for Company.
- Ensure that systems and procedures are implemented and documented to maintain adequacy of financial controls and monitor and review the effectiveness of such procedures.
- Responsible for financial modeling and document preparation in support of company initiative including financial reporting and tax initiative.
- Oversee all tables’ result and payroll functions ensuring accuracy.
- Responsible for managing banking, insurance and outside accounting relationship.
- Responsible for developing and managing internal financial management controls ensuring company compliance with appropriate reporting bodies.
- As part of financial issues pertaining to company operations.
- Ensuring timely and correct payment of salaries.
- Implementing a new and standardized financial package.
- Always does the best to uphold the name and reputation of Company.
- Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Required: BS in Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred.
- At least 5 years experience in audit, compliance and accounting with growing level of responsibilities.
- 30 years old and above.
- Self-starter, proven ability to manage multiple accounts and finances with changing priorities.
- Good organizational financial skills and Communication skills.
- Affinity with international financial issues such as VAT , foreign exchange
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and team building.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and resilient with strong people management skills.
- Are professional, astute, reliable and extremely flexible.
Finance Assistant (1 Position)
- Enter financial data into the system
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare a balance sheet
- Update financial records
- Data entry, including scanning and inputting invoice details
- All other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting or Finance
- Able to use Computer, Microsoft Word Excel, internet email.
- Good English and Khmer
- Good attitude behavior
