Job Purpose Statement : Responsible for company financial and accounting management / Office legal / administration/ HR admin.

- ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
- Maintain the financial health of the organization.
- Monitor critical cash flow ingredients including Debtor management
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Support operation department as necessary
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry and obtain authorized signatures
- Codes and posts of bank receipts/payment vouchers
- Compile accounting data and prepare a variety of accounting reports.
- Prepare Balance sheet account reconciliation with required documents.
- Protection of all company assets and register summary movement.
- Prepare inter-company accounts reconciliation and transaction.
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment preparation.
- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to top management while recommending further courses of action.
- Manage and coordinate the Company’s corporate accounting system to ensure all corporate requirements and local accounting standards for Management and legal reporting are met
- Manage the day to day Finance and Administration in daily functions and timely monthly closing of accounts
- Manage and control expenses, budget proposal, provision management
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure effective cost-reduction opportunities
- Manage and organize accounting filing including required submission to government organizations and auditor regarding to accounting and tax matter.
- Customer and business activity reports required in order to manage the business, as directed by Country Manager and Regional Financial Controller

- Supervise tax declare monthly and tax liquidity yearly

- BA/ MA degree in Finance and accounting field.
- 3 years minimum experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified in international standard private sector. Experience in a GLOBAL freight forwarding/ logistics company is plus.
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
- Strong internpersonal, communication and presentation, positive attitude, good time management and leadership
- Able to to manage, guide and lead colleagues to ensure appropriate financial process are being used.
- The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels. Be patient and able to deal with difficult siutation .
- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
