Finance Manager
Report To: Head of Finance and Operations
- Manage the preparation of management reporting;
- Manage the preparation of statutory reporting;
- Develop financial planning and analysis and budget for the company;
- Produce monthly KPI reports for the company;
- Manage the external audit process;
- Manage the tax audit process;
- Manage cash flow for the company;
- Oversee the operations of finance department;
- Provide coaching and technical training to all finance staff;
- Liaise with other departments to develop strategic plans;
- Develop procurement policy, accounting policy, procedures and guidelines;
- Maintain the financial health of the company;
- Advise senior management team on financial strategy and potential financial risks; and
- Other tasks assigned by the senior management team from time to time.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance. ACCA or CPA is preferable.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Attention to details.
- Very knowledgeable of Microsoft 365 and accounting systems.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good at both Khmer and English language.
