Finance and Administration Assistant
- Accurate and Timely Bookkeeping
- Prepare payment, receipt, and journal vouchers
- Create and update spreadsheets / QuickBooks of daily transactions and ensure that financial records are kept accurate and up to date.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements and all documents from staffs
- Maintain voucher documents, contracts, MOU, bank statement, and other reports
- Manage company’s liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
- Assist on monthly report preparation (e.g. Cash Flow, bank reconciliation, data collection by month end)
- Cash on Hand holder
- Make payments to staffs and vendors
- Provide additional support as required to the Finance Manager
- Effective Office Administration
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and own re-ordering process (e.g. Stationery, drinking water)
- Ensure a clean and tidy office environment (overseeing the cleaner)
- Manage social calendar including celebration of staff birthdays and other special occasions
- Help organize specific meeting inside and outside of the office
- Support other team members with any administration issues
- Accurate and Timely Operation of Payroll
- Collect timesheet of staffs and ensure staffs leave are proper record and calculation correctly
- Manage change and update information to staff list
- Prepare and update list of staffs’ advance and liability
- Cambodian Nationality
- Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Computer Literate (Word, Excel, QuickBooks, Internet and E-mail…etc.)
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both Khmer and English
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Good teamwork and problem- solving skills;
- Be honest and trustworthy

Location: Impact School (EYC) at Roeusey Keo
Brief Job: Your main goal will be to create a supportive learning environment which will help your students meet their learning goals. Through interesting and diverse methods, you will teach them the important rules of reading, writing, and speaking in English. You will oversee their progress by tracking their assignment and exam grades, in order to provide useful feedback.
- Organize classroom
- Prepare materials and activities

- Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans
- Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior
- Keep records of students’ attendance and grades
- Research new language teaching methods
- Manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts
- Work with social workers to deal with absent students
- Promote and encourage students to speak English in class and at school
- Shape students with good behavior
- Join EYC Organization activities including teacher meetings and trainings
- Send monthly report to Education Program Manager at the end of each month
- Respect Personnel Policy, Child Protection Policy and other EYC guidelines
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience
- Previous experience as an English teacher
- Knowledge of various teaching methods
