Finance/Administrative Assistant
Reporting to: Senior Finance/Administrative Officer
Reporting to job holder: Guard and Cleaner
Working relationship:
NatureLife Cambodia staff, staff of government departments, international conservation NGOs, international researchers, and research institutes.
Overall purpose of the job:
To be responsible for managing the petty cash and booking for NLC headquarter. Be an office manager and assist the Senior Finance/Administrative officer in all matters relating to the administration.
- During the bridging period, support the administration works of NatureLife Cambodia
- Custodian of petty cash and Payment of all receipts in cash
- Be responsible for fund transfers and disbursement, and responsible for obtaining all necessary supporting documentation
- Check and verify to make sure all financial documents are accurate, transparency and meet the requirement
- Record all project expenditures and enter the records into the project account system
- Purchase logistics and equipment for office and as requested
- Provide logistic support to project staff such as assisting in organized meetings, workshops, travel documents, etc.
- Maintenance of all necessary equipment, supplies, furniture, and vehicles and update fixed asset list
- Assist to arrange visas, permissions, etc. when needed and appropriate
- Assist to manage office staff (cleaner, guard)
- Work with the IT company to ensure all communication networks and computers are maintained
- Establishing and maintaining a project office filling system and library
- Dealing with personal income tax and social security
- Assist Senior Adm/Finance officer in dealing with all staff insurance
- Assist Senior Adm/Finance officer in the process of internal fund transfer to provincial project bank account and staff bank accounts.
- Assist all staff to contact with Printing shop for process design and printing awareness material
- Be a supporter for any awareness-raising event or VIP trip
- Typing letters/documents as needed
- Perform other duties as requested by Adm/Finance officer
- A degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
- At least one year working as an administrative/finance assistant
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge of IT (MS Word, MS Excel, Internet, E-mail)
- The ability to successfully perform the job functions with a limited degree of supervision.

- Friendly, outgoing personality and works well with others.
