- Primary focus on collecting behavioural data on two habituated groups of wild gibbons and assisting in the habituation of three additional groups.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with biodiversity monitoring, vegetation surveys, and camera trap deployments, as well as downloading, cleaning, and entering collected data.
- This role requires a high level of patience and long hours in the forest, with frequent encounters with wildlife, including forest elephants and primates.
- A recently graduated candidate with at least a bachelor's degree in conservation, biology, or a related field is preferred. A strong scientific background, with a keen interest in conservation and primatology, is essential.
- Proficiency in English and Khmer, both reading and writing.
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and management (MS Office). Knowledge of GIS would be a plus.
