Works closely with: Field Coordinator/Officer, demo farmers, CAOs, cooperatives

- Field Implementation Support
- Assist with day-to-day activities at demonstration farms
- Support basic farm tasks related to demo-plot establishment and maintenance
- Help ensure field activities follow guidance provided by the Field Technical Coordinator/Officer.
- Farmer Mobilization & Training Support
- Support mobilization of farmers for trainings, field days, and learning events
- Assist during training sessions and farmer meetings (registration, setup, coordination)
- Support lead farmers and CAOs during peer-learning activities
- Monitoring & Data Collection
- Assist in collecting basic field data (attendance lists, simple observation notes, photos)
- Support monitoring visits by recording activities and farmer feedback
- Help maintain simple records for demonstration farms
- Field Coordination & Communication
- Support coordination of schedules for farm visits and field activities
- Serve as a field support person for demo farmers under supervision
- Report field observations or issues to the Field Technical Coordinator/Officer
- Learning & Other Support
- Participate in on-the-job learning related to agroecology, GAP, and climate-resilient farming
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Basic
- Undergraduate Degree in or recent graduate in Agriculture, Rural Development, or related field
- Any prior exposure to farming, field work, or community engagement is an advantage
- Willingness to work in rural and field-based settings
- Interest in climate-resilient agriculture and farmer learning
- Basic ability to take notes and use smartphones for photos/data collection
- Fluent Khmer and Basic English are an advantage
- Ability of using Microsoft office such as Microsoft word, excel and email.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
