- Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and Technical Experts, the Field Coordinator’s main tasks are to:
- Conduct baseline data collection of targeted FOs
- Participate in the development of business plans for targeted FOs
- Provide the orientation on the developed business plan to the FO’s committee/board member and FO’s members.
- Conducting regular field visits, coaching sessions, and on-the-job mentoring to help leaders of FOs to strengthen governance, financial management, market access, and climate resilience.
- Support FO leaders to mobilize new members
- Provide training and coaching to FO members on climate resilience techniques and financial literacy basics.
- Support FOs in certification preparation, access to finance, and buyer linkage.
- Assist 23 FOs in compiling safeguard information for the Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP).
- Other tasks assigned by the project manager.
- English
- Bachelor's Degree in agriculture, majoring in agronomy.
- Over of experience in rice and rice seed production and in developing and managing the quality control systems, particularly for the SRP, organic, and CamGAP standards for 3 years
- Over of experience in organising and conducting training, knowledge sharing workshops, and meeting facilitation skills for 3 years
- Good background on farmer organisation, business plan, and marketing of agricultural products.
- Strong commitment to work in the field, to meet the deadline, and to achieve results
- Good at communication, information/data collection and processing, and writing reports
- Acceptable level of English proficiency.
- Teamwork spirit.
Research and M&E Officer

- Assist Research Coordinator and CIRD Director in designing research project
- Developing research methodology, tools and conduct field research
- Research data entry, analysis and reporting
- Organisation, facilitation of consultation meetings and workshop as part of the research process and dissemination of results
- Design and lead the baseline, annual and end-line assessments
- Implement project M&E tasks of some development projects implemented by CIRD
- Track and report indicators and progress related to project implementation
- Support knowledge management within the program; and
- Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by line manager.

- At least of work experience in similar position for 3 years
- Good communication skill and computer literacy;
